Tara Redemski is an APA-titled Cancer and Lymphoedema Physiotherapist with more than 15 years’ experience in cancer care, lymphoedema and women’s health. She provides evidence-based, individualised physiotherapy to support women before, during and after breast cancer treatment and surgery.

Preparing for surgery by improving strength, mobility and range of motion.
Supporting shoulder movement, recovery and confidence while managing concerns such as cording, scar tissue and nerve-related symptoms.

Briony Cole, from Bask Brows & Beauty, provides specialised 3D nipple and areola tattooing for women following breast cancer surgery and breast reconstruction.
Using hyper-realistic tattooing techniques, Briony carefully recreates the appearance of the nipple and areola to help restore a natural-looking breast contour and support confidence throughout the reconstruction journey.
Each treatment is individually designed following a thorough consultation, with the size, shape, and colour tailored to the patient’s preferences and needs.
Treatment includes:
- A personalised consultation to discuss expectations and desired results
- Hyper-realistic 3D nipple and areola tattooing
- Typically a minimum of two sessions, spaced 6–8 weeks apart
- Sessions of approximately 1–2 hours
